I recently engaged in a conversation with some friends about rape and majority kept saying that is mostly caused from the way the victims are dressed and some other mind blowing opinions.
Yes! dressing contributes but how did the dressing of 13 years old girl on her way to fetch water seduce a 50 years old grandpa?. we need to understand that this rape is not just a responses to stimulus - is actually a "thought through" process before it was acted upon.
