Laziness Meet Procrastination

Okay, Laziness married with Procrastination   is a big problem and needs  to be talked  about,  like seriously .

Is it that most people lack focus or  is it that they blame others for their predicament,  whichever one it is - we Nigerians need to address this now because it seems to be a normal thing among my generation.

So I was just talking about this issue with my roommate,  and he believes that smartphone contributes a lot to this.

He also mentioned the fact that is because we are young and full of energy,  so we spend it making friends and flexing .

That's what got me thinking , we youths are filled with energy which means productivity with determination is possible.

So where did we go wrong ,  or what really went wrong  that lack of responsibility is okay and not a big deal for most individuals that their daily routine has been what it is for some years now and they are okay.

Seriously,  I strongly feel some parents have failed in raising up responsible and accountable children that are reliable .

Children who see the need to be productive  and most importantly useful to themselves and the society . Don't get me wrong,  is fantastically okay to buy your children video games and all that but is even far better when you make them deserve and earn it.

If things we give to our children are as a result of their hard work or commitment , is very possible to have children that will write novels at early stage of life,  children that will write a program for better and educative games and also children that will have the mindset to lead his/her nation to greater highest where their parent works and legacy are sustained and improved on.

It is hard (but hopefully possible)  to move a lazy and naturally Procrastinative adult to be efficient but is easier when it starts early from childhood .

As an adult to make a move towards a better you,  you have to surround yourself with  positive people that believe in a future where they have control over and happy with.

Get a journal for yourself and pen down your thoughts and gradually your goals.  Ask the man in the mirror what he/she really wants - trust me is not just money and Sex but is all about making a name for yourself.

A name that will bring money to your  doorstep and that name is only possible when you make use of your individual gift that has been sleeping for centuries .

Is never late to turn laziness into legacy .

Give Nigeria and Nigerians another name to echo from generation to generation .
